Kim Kardashian West's latest #SponCon post is Glori-Anne Gilbert Archivesa riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma Photoshopped into an iPhone.
Kardashian West is back to endorsing Diclegis, the very same morning sickness drug that got her in trouble with the FDA two years ago. Her controversial ad campaign (runs in the family!) has returned as a bizarrely Photoshopped #tbt.
The Instagram, posted Thursday, appears to be a film photo of Kim looking at the camera with the old ad pulled up on her phone, but it's pretty clearly just a digital image of the ad they superimposed on the photo. That's because she deleted the original ad due to those pesky FDA violations.

The new version includes an extremely lengthy caption warning prospective customers of all the drug's risks.
Check out a screenshot of the 2015 ad for comparison. The language is significantly more conversational and the now ubiquitous #Ad warning is nowhere to be found.

Kardashian West has favored film photos taken by Kanye West's director, Eli Russel Linnetz, for the majority of her Instagrams post-Paris robbery, and she's not one to compromise her aesthetic.
The thing is, she's broken up her precious grid with digital #SponCon ads a couple times recently. Had she Photoshopped a digital image onto a different digital image, the shop job would be significantly less glaring.
But now I can't stop thinking about a morning sickness drug, so who's the fool?
